I drink coffee everyday. It’s problematic when I don’t. Headaches. Added tiredness. I know this could be categorized as an addiction, but frankly, I've got too many other fish to fry. I do like the taste. I am a beer fan, so the bitterness of coffee is pleasant to me in the same sort of way. I admit though that I don't drink it just because I like it.

So have your daily cup of joe. It'll help with your digestion anyway. And religiously have that glass of wine at 8:45. Go ahead and eat that bowl of cereal every night before going to bed. Sleep until 9 in the morning if that makes you feel rested. Have pork chops for breakfast and pancakes for dinner. Wear white after Labor Day -- or don't if that is better to you.
I know, it's a dangerous road, here. Be careful, we ought to be faithful in the small things. But some rules are essentially arbitrary. And even where they're not, trying to change things all at once drives some of us bonkers. That's alright. Slow and steady might just might win this race.
